Job description

The Mi Casa Food Server is responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner, promoting current specials, taking food & beverage orders, retrieving and delivering orders and always delivering excellent customer service to all guests and Team Members. Also responsible for following through with food runner and kitchen, as well as guest, throughout the dining experience to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction. Position requires a minimum of one year previous experience in a food server position.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Must have great guest relation presence

  • Maintain a Positive attitude with a smile

  • Must have experience in a fast pace high volume restaurant

  • Have knowledge of steps of service

  • Have knowledge of Beverage alcoholic drinks

  • Ability to learn and adapt to environment

  • Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.

  • Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 30 years old.

  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.

  • Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.

  • Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.

  • Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.

  • Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.

  • Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Having completed a bartending school and a completion certificate is not required, but highly suggested
  • Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
  • Employee must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue
  • Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails
  • A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a high volume bar
  • The ability to work within a team environment

  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
  • Possession of /or ability to posses a valid TAM card
  • Possession of /or ability to posses a Health card
