General Job Description

The METRC Compliance Supervisor is involved in many facets of the product production process. This would include making sure product it labeled properly depending what stage of our process it is in. Managing schedules for testing product and getting product packaged for shipping with our transport company. This position works directly with the operations manager for development and planning. The role will also assist in managing packaging and compliance teams.

The operations assistant is responsible for inventory tracking, auditing, and reporting. It would be to the highest importance that our physical inventory matches our system tracking inventory counts. Keeping reports up to date and accurate is important to ensure our production timelines. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have an eye for quality and detail. This role would also have R&D time set aside for development of new processes, software deployments, and staffing configurations.

This position would be a split role and have two areas of work that blend well together but would also have some facets that would need specific time set aside to accomplish. Working alongside the Director of Operations to ensure we can find solutions and efficiencies that will help us move more fluidly.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Handle cannabis including fresh plant material and cannabis products. Basic knowledge of cannabis products.

· Weigh and record product quantities with precision and accuracy. Accurately weigh, package, and count all products.

· Check products physical QA / QC requirements

· Basic understanding of the METRC, Leaflink, Excel, and Word.

· Generate weekly inventory reports.

· Generate reports for production.

· Generate reporting for internal supplies and other warehouse items.

· Provide clear communication to managers of stock and other needs that arise.

· Provide assistance with organizing orders.

· Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines.

· Prepare and evaluate finished goods for compliance, inventory maintenance, and sale.

· Appropriately manage inventory and keep accurate and detailed records. Accurately record all required information.

· Establish an understanding of CRA regulations and continue to uphold state compliance.

· Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment.

· Assisting in production steering

· R&D for new processes, software’s, and staffing configurations

Required Qualifications

· Strong work ethic.

· Ability to focus and work on long, repetitive tasks.

· Proficiency in basic math.

· Able to take direction and learn new skill sets.

· Excellent organization and communication skills.

· Competent in the use of technology.

· High attention to detail at all times.

· Ability to meet physical demands of the fulfillment technician role.

· Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

· Reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
