About The Job:
Meyer Ace Hardware is a fourth-generation owned hardware business that prides itself in putting our customers first. We are currently looking to add a merchandising manager at our Saint Ignace location.
Responsibilities:
A qualified candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:
A qualified candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Work directly with the Corporate Merchandiser to ensure all planograms are up to date in all departments
- Work with planograms and execute effectively
- Merchandising endcaps
- Assist the Corporate Merchandiser to ensure merchandising standards are being followed throughout the store
- Work with inventory manager and backroom manager and get overstocked product onto the sales floor
- Assist with executing monthly/weekly sales signage
- Changing out sign kits for on sale items
- Circulate the store and update price tags on the shelf
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers looking for products
- Merchandise seasonal areas of the store as the seasons change
Requirements:
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality
- Merchandising in a retail environment is desired
- Love working in a family atmosphere and interaction with other team members
- Enjoy working with members of the community daily to help them with their needs
- Invest yourself in the success of the store
- Exceed customers’ expectations every time
- Ability to work weekends, opening and closing shifts (7:30am-6:00pm)
