Who we are: Leo A. Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit agency that provides Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) and outpatient mental health services. Our outpatient mental health services, which includes CTSS and ARMHS Services, reach individuals of all ages and demographics in the community setting in our local communities of St. Peter, Mankato, New Ulm, and Waseca. Our PRTF services provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions at our St. Peter campus. This is an intense and collaborative environment that specializes in care that is more intensive than traditional residential services and serves individuals that are not in need of a psychiatric hospitalization.

What we're looking for: Hoffmann is seeking full-time Mental Health Therapists in our residential setting in St. Peter. This person is responsible for providing therapy for clients and their families within a residential setting. We are looking to grow our residential clinical team. Qualified candidates will hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health science field (social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling) and on track and in compliance towards LICSW, LMFT, LPCC licensure or is currently independently licensed.

Starting Range: $50,000 - $76,000

Responsibilities

  • Serve as individual, group and family therapist for all assigned clients
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, functional assessments, and risk assessments
  • Facilitate care conferences of assigned cases
  • ITP development and maintenance
  • Complete timely and professional written reports and documentation
  • Facilitate additional trainings in coordination with the Clinical Supervisor
  • Maintain documentation requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral science field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
  • LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW licensure completed or on track for completion
  • Effective display of professionalism including written and verbal communication
  • Organizational skills
  • Effectively able to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working with mental illness, families, and children preferred
