Seeking a CA Licensed Couples Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) to join our virtual private practice based in Torrance, CA (all Virtual/telehealth)! Clinician must reside (at time of application submission) within close/reasonable driving distance to Torrance for occasional meetings.

Our practice specializes in working with high achieving adults with family of origin attachment conflict, anxiety, depression, cultural intergenerational trauma, burn out and imposter syndrome. My interest is hiring a highly skilled, culturally sensitive therapist with strong competency and specific training in working with couples and adults individual clients of various Asian American backgrounds and the POC experience.

*Looking for a highly motivated clinician who has a strong desire to learn and grow their business, organized, shows interpersonal strength, excellent communication skills and follow through, clinical skills and training in a therapeutic modality or interest in a specialty/niche in addition to couples therapy.

*Must be able to clinically hold an adult population client caseload. I will provide generous referrals in addition to also having a desire to generate your own referrals while providing you plenty of clinical support and business guidance. Our practice offers a relational and supportive environment for our clinicians!

Applicants working in another private practice or group practice would not be an ideal candidate.

Pay: % fee split will be offered per client session. Must be available to (grow towards) hold up to 20 weekly clients.
