SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

• Monday through Friday days
• 8:00 am to 6:00 pm availability
• Monthly on-call availability
• $18-$21

SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• Driver’s license
• Pass a DHS background check
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve

MORE ON THE ROLE:

In-person emotional support after a family death. Resolving fraudulent bank activity. Emergency trips to the food shelf. These are just some examples of what a Mental Health Goal Coach may see throughout their week.

As a Mental Health Goal Coach, you will serve a caseload of 16 to 18 clients with whom you will create individualized support plans and help pursue long-term stability while responding to immediate needs. You will spend 4 day a week in the community, driving to individuals’ own homes, and help clients set goals, create plans and problem solve in their own homes. One day per week, you will be in the office answering client calls and being available for immediate in-person responses.

Our service focuses on applying goal management coaching to the day-to-day issues that arise and documenting those interactions. It is a great way to expand your skills in de-escalation, goal setting, and mental health first aid. There will be weekly in-person check-ins at headquarters and coordination with client's larger care team.
