Snap Fitness Owatonna is seeking two energetic part-time Membership Consultants to join our team. The right candidates will have a passion for fitness, the desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude.

To keep up with company growth, we are adding a part-time position. The general schedule would be two late mornings/early afternoons and evenings for a total of 6-8 hours.

Position Responsibility:

• Member sales and retention
• Conduct gym tours of facility
• Active member engagement – both at the front desk and on the gym floor
• Lead prospect/follow-up
• In-club marketing and programming
• On site problem solver for members
• Ensure the facility’s equipment and cleanliness/tidiness

Required Attributes:

• High levels of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic
• Maintain an excellent attendance record
• Superior sense of customer service
• Working knowledge of basic computer software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
