Essential Functions
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
- Respond / Resolve Club Member inquiries in a timely fashion
- Posts Check Payments
- Prepares timely and accurate billing of all customer accounts, compiling supporting documentation
- Research and respond to all credit card inquiry chargebacks.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts
- Updates all membership payment information
- Post adjustments to membership charges
- Assist in the collection of membership payments
- Prepare and assist with statement distribution in the beginning of each month
- Supports monthly A/R closing process for membership
- Other duties as requested by Club Accounting Manager
Internal Relationships
Reports to Club Accounting Manager
External Relationships
Has regular contact with Member Relations, Club Marketing and Food & Beverage team members
Qualifications
Good communication skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
Proficient in Excel
Education/Experience Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent required
At least two years related work experience required
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work
Able to lift 10- 25 lbs.
Notice:
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
