1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service
a. Must greet all members and guests with a courteous smile and warm greeting at entering and leaving the club. Must be able to use Walkie Talkies and Paging system for general use and for Emergency use. Must keep up to date with memo book and E-mail information which is needed for performance. Must be able to help a member or guest with satisfactory information or know who to contact to help if needed.
2. Adhere to and Comply with opening & closing daily shift checklists
. Comply with listed duties and sign off on them at shifts end.
Qualifications
Experience Minimum Required
- Retail Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Health & Fitness Center Experience
Education Preferred/Desired
- High School diploma or equivalent Secondary Education
Training Preferred/Desired
- Customer Service Training
Special Skills Minimum Required
- Must have friendly outgoing personality. Must have good organizational skills &Time management
Licensure and/or Certifications Required
- CPR within 3 months of hire
