The Member Service Officer in our Orange branch will greet members and assist them on using the Virtual Teller Machines, setting up mobile accounts, assist them with online e-Banking, and advise members about Credit Union deposit accounts and other services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet member and assist in utilizing the PTM.
- Assist with opening new accounts.
- Refer to Personal Banker or Branch Manager for loan opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to serve members further.
- Educate members on convenience services, such as mobile, e-banking, e-quest, bill pay, direct deposit, ATM and shared branches.
- Be able to work as a team player, prioritize tasks and handle high volume traffic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
