DuPage Credit Union has an immediate, full-time opening for a Member Service Associate at our Wheaton Branch.

• Work schedule (within a 40-hour work week) - Monday- Friday 8:15am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm*

Our Wheaton Branch is fast paced, and deadline driven. We help our members by identifying their individual needs, presenting solutions and growing our business.
As a Member Service Associate, you will contribute to our success by:

• Sharing your experiences as a means to motivate and encourage your fellow team members.
• Cultivating and expanding member relationships.
• Perform cash and non-cash transactions with accuracy and in accordance with all pertinent processes and procedures.
• Utilizing our DUPAGE philosophy to meet and exceed ongoing sales goals.

What you will bring to the team-

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years financial institution experience in a personal/universal banking role
• One year cash handling experience
• Proven sales skills
• Proven intrapersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.45 per hour
