About the Role:

RockBox Member Success Associate holds a passion for fitness, strong customer service skills, and basic sales experience. We are currently seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to significantly impact a growing and dynamic organization! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet members and guests with enthusiasm, energy, and acknowledging members by name
• Lead management & membership sales
• Participate in all aspects of the front desk, including answering phones professionally
• Handle member questions, concerns, and discrepancies professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution
• Update members’ accounts as needed
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and achieve its GOALS.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area
• Ability to give studio tours to first time members and provide up-to-date, accurate membership options
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
• Aid our Training Department with other related tasks

• Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent
• Advanced understanding of basic applications including MS Office

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Health & Fitness minded - strongly preferred
• Ability to contribute to a high energy positive team environment
• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to work opening/closing/mid-day shifts
