Our organization is looking for a Medication Aide to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medication assistance to long-term care, nursing home, and rehabilitation center patients. The Medication Aide will be responsible for administering medications as prescribed by the physician, monitoring patient responses to medications, and reporting any changes in the patient's condition. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and a commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of medications to residents in a long-term care facility.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' health status.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and other related duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
