Job Description:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Current Certification/Licensure as a Medical Lab Technician, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist in WA State, or otherwise meeting the educational requirements of CLIA (42 CFR 493 1489) for performing High Complexity Laboratory testing.
- Prior healthcare experience required.
- Prior laboratory experience performing phlebotomy, waived, moderate complexity, and high complexity testing preferred.
- On the job phlebotomy training and certification can be provided if needed.
