Job description
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: – MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DELIVERY SERVICES
Primary work available:
Hardworking contractors needed to do the delivery and light assembly of durable medical equipment (beds, wheelchairs, small oxygen tanks, walkers, etc). This is a fixed route opportunity 5-6 days a week. Different routes available with FLEXIBLE starting times.
Requirements:
- Must OWN/LEASE a cargo van, high-top sprinter or larger vehicle in good condition.
- Must be able to lift heavier medical equipment
- Drivers must have compassion and skill to interact with patients and demonstrate proper use of medical equipment
- Experience dealing with medical delivery is a plus
Must have the following documents available and up-to-date:
- Driver’s License
- Vehicle Registration
- Insurance Declaration page showing a minimum of 100/300 coverage.
