Nazareth Home is seeking a Medical Records Clerk at our Highlands campus.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
As Medical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for compiling and maintaining medical records. You will maintain files of current residents and assemble and file records of discharges and deaths. You will adhere to and enforce confidentiality of information related to the residents.

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Medical coding certification, or willing to obtain
- Proficient in ICD 9 and ICD 10
- Proficient in Medical Terminology
- Six months’ related experience and/or training
