Job description

Duties:Answers multi-line phone Queue--answering patient questions regarding scheduling and appointments, and taking detailed phone notes of questions and inquiries to Physician or Medical Assistants

Work with Team to cover all shifts from 7am - 6pm

Informs patients of balances and insurance requirements, strive for 100% collections of copays and patient payments.

Schedules and Reschedules Patient Appointments

Scans documents into EHR

Completes Check in and Check out Procedures for Patients

Enforces DTC office policies

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Pay Commensurate With Experience. 401K and PTO available. Insurance Benefit not Offered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
