Do you want to be part of our team of superstars who make a difference in the lives of others? We have an immediate need for a full time Medical Receptionist to support Oceanside Therapy Group front desk and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will be a team player able to work well in an office environment, and to be customer service oriented. Someone with excellent telephone skills, able to multi-task, and handle high volume of phone lines. Ideal candidate must accurately take messages, and book appointments. Strong customer service skills, and attention to detail are highly desirable.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide information to callers
• Accurately take massages and communicate messages promptly
• Friendly welcome and help visitors
• Schedule appointments in efficient and timely manner
• Ensures quality and accuracy of schedule
• Coordinates set up times with families and therapists
• Verifies patient's insurance eligibility and collects payments
• Organizes and prioritizes work assignments
• Enjoy doing basic administrative tasks such as filing, order office supplies, fax, copy and scan documents

Benefits available after a 90 days of employment. Available to work Monday-Thursday 9-6, and Friday 8:30-5 (1 hour lunch).

Compensation will be based on experience.
