Five-Town Health Alliance is a growing community Health Center with an immediate opening to join our team! We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing medical and dental services to patients of all ages, located in Bristol, Vermont serving a vibrant and dynamic Addison County community.

Seeking Full Time Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, checking patients in and out, scheduling patient appointments and assisting with outgoing referrals and medical records. Ability to work independently and within a team concept maintaining courteous, cooperative, and supportive of co-workers, patients and families. Skilled in handling multiple tasks, basic computer skills, must maintain a high level of confidentiality. High School Diploma or equivalent, previous experience in FQHC or Physician’s office a plus
