We are seeking a polished and professional front desk receptionist / patient relations coordinator for a busy and fast-paced cosmetic surgery practice in Danvers, MA.
Primary duties include answering telephone, scheduling and verifying patient appointments along with other administrative activities. We are looking for someone who will have outstanding telephone, secretarial, communication and computer skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, patient-centered and exhibits a strong ability to work in a team-based environment with our clients/patients. Must be organized, respectful, multi-task oriented, energetic and possess a positive, professional attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital. This team member must display a high degree of maturity, honesty, trust, integrity, reliability and always maintain the utmost discretion.
Minimum of two years customer service/telephone receptionist experience required, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Medical Spa office preferred.
