This entry level position is a great opportunity to get experience in the medical field. 40 hours a week and no weekends! Scrub attire with two sets provided - Friday's are Casual Day with Pinnacle provided T-Shirts! Benefits start after 30 days. Requirement: Must be fully vaccinated with a COVID19 vaccine.
Entry Level Position
- Checks patients out of eClinicalworks
- Scans all paperwork in eCw
- Monitors reception area and patient flow, notifies patients of delays
- Answers questions and gives information as requested
- Calls the answering service for overnight consults
- Obtains and/or verifies patient demographic and insurance information
- Collects co-payments, personal payments at time of service
- Schedules, cancels and reschedules patient appointments
- Cross-train at check-in
Communication, Teamwork, and Patient/Employee Relations
Communicate with colleagues and supervisor effectively and timely
Experience: Minimum of six months in a physician office setting performing check-out functions.
