Our receptionists are the first and last people that our customers interact with, so we're looking for people who can genuinely connect with customers and be comfortable and engaging in a fast-paced work environment. Our receptionists act as the face of our company to our customers, so we're looking for candidates who are passionate about problem-solving, maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring successful communication with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all callers.
• Proficient in medspa services to provide callers with information they require.
• Answer questions.
• Schedule appointments.
• Confirm appointments.
• Calculate data and answer financial questions.
• Assist with Socia Media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
