ADVANCED SURGICAL AND BARIATRICS is looking for individuals that are fast learners can multi-task and has exceptional customer service skills. This is a Full Time position that offers a competitive benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, holidays pay and PTO. Positions will also require rotating Saturdays and travel to one of our other locations ( Princeton, East Brunswick, Hamilton, Edison)

Job requirements consist of:

• Welcomes patients and visitors in a professional manner.

• Answering of phones
• Responding to emails, voicemails, and text messaging.
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information.
• Obtaining and entry of all patient referrals.
• Checking In/Out of all patients.
• Scheduling/Rescheduling of all new and follow up appointments.
• Completion of patient/insurance disability forms.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the patient waiting area.
• Assisting in other areas of the clinical department if needed.
• Process requests for records to outside physicians and patients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records.
• Insure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel between offices as needed.

• Able to maintain a friendly professional work environment
• Available for overtime needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
