INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: – MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DELIVERY SERVICES
Type: Contract
Select Express is working with local durable medical equipment companies to deliver equipment such as beds, wheelchairs, small oxygen tanks, walkers, etc. Delivery involves pick up at Rush Hospital and delivery to various docks as requested. Loading/Offloading may be expected at certain docks.
Requirements:
- Must OWN/LEASE 16-24ft box truck in good condition.
- Must be able to lift heavier medical equipment
- Must have EIN number and proper insurances
