Job description
- Processing 3rd party insurance claims and claims submitted for law firms for auto accident claims.
- Reviewing patient bills & records for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
- Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using iSalus or Medisoft billing software.
- Following up with payee to insure that bills were received.
- Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
- Updating billed spreadsheets, and coordinating with the collections department regarding claims billed.
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
