Looking for a motivated and hardworking candidate to join a growing practice in Port Jervis, NY. Ideal candidate would have previous experience working in an outpatient office setting performing both front office as well as patient care.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Obtain vitals and other intake information as appropriate
- Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection and process appropriately
- Perform COVID testing
- Maintain supplies, inventory and exam rooms
- Assist provider before, during and after patient encounter within scope of practice
- Front office tasks as needed
- Patient Care Coordination (Chronic Care Management)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year of previous healthcare experience.
- Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of eclinicalworks storngly preferred.
Position is an out patient provider office setting located within an Assisted Living Facility.
Schedule is Part Time. No evenings or weekends required.
