Clinic Coordinator and O.R. Scriber at fast paced Pain Management Clinic

Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant

Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant Program required.

Job Responsibilities :

• Rooming patients and taking vital signs.

• Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff as a team player to ensure the providers schedules run smoothly.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues, including remote relationships with coworkers at our other sites.

• Computer and organizational skills a must. Experience with an EMR (especially AthenaHealth) is a plus.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge with continued medical education and self-assessment.
• Calling to confirm appointments with patients and check them in for virtual appointments.
• Taking copays.
• Scribing in the O.R. on procedure days: requires specific vaccinations.

Seeking:

• Clear communicator with a positive attitude, who can collaborate with team mates and has a willingness to jump in.

• A kind a compassionate MA or CNA who is driven and likes a fast paced environment.
• Somewhat tech savvy.
• A flexible and versatile worker who doesn't mind changing directions with short notice.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor is essential.
• Someone with experience or interest in scribing in the O.R. or assisting in our procedure room.

We have an opening for a Clinical Coordinator in a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary pain medicine practice located in the North SF Bay Area. Our group offers a multimodal patient tailored approach with treatments including wellness, healing, minimally invasive surgery, regional injection treatments, cellular therapy, and implantable technologies. Our Team is seeking to add a like-minded, kind, Clinical Coordinator to help run daily appointments for our various providers.
