Our team is growing! Compass Pediatrics is hiring for a full-time Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or medical assistant (MA) Position. We are looking for a team-oriented, hard-working, customer service forward, flexible employee who identifies with our values and supports our mission. This position is responsible for administrative tasks and clinical care under the supervision of physicians, nurse managers, and office managers. The position is an integral member of a team focused on providing excellent primary care for our pediatric population of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Create treatment plans for patients.
• Manage a busy schedule.
• Be a team player.
• Follow medical protocols.
• Keep up with medical technology and in-depth knowledge of medical procedures, diagnoses, diseases, and conditions.
• Communicate with patients and other medical personnel effectively and efficiently.
• Manage patient information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
