OnCampus Advertising is a 20-year-old college marketing and media services agency that connects advertisers to students across the US and Canada. OnCampus uses its broad network of campus-based media to execute advertising and influencer campaigns.

We design and deliver customized campaigns from our portfolio of campus media solutions, ranging from student brand ambassadors and social influencers to digital media and out-of-home displays. You will be running campaigns for clients based throughout the US, from Adobe, Amazon, Boston University, Grubhub and JP Morgan Chase to many other smaller companies and start-ups.

We are looking for candidates who are energetic, outgoing, and good with spreadsheets to join our Boston-based team.

As a Media Manageryou will be part of our media operations team. Responsibilities will include managing student brand ambassadors, developing client proposals, negotiating media buys with vendor partners and trafficking and reporting on client campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage student brand ambassadors and social influencers
• Support sales team and their clients through all phases of the sale process
• Prepare and organize new client proposals
• Negotiate media buys with vendors
• Manage delivery of media and brand ambassador campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Staffing and recruiting experience
• Planning and buying both traditional and digital media
• 2-5 years experience working in media/marketing
• Ability to work within a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

OnCampus is headquartered in the North Station area of Boston with sales offices in Chicago, Florida, and New Hampshire. We work on a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
