• Med Tech / CNAs - $2500 Signing Bonus for full time (prorated for PT)

• Per Diem Med Tech rates $21/hr. (PLUS shift)

We are currently looking for dedicated people to join our direct care team as Med Techs. The Barron Center is a 219-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility owned and operated by the City of Portland. • Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Positions Available

Compensation:

• Union negotiated wages starting between $16.27-$21.84 depending on years of experience. (Standard CNA wage with $1.00 increase for Med Tech)
• Shift differentials vary from $2.00-$5.00 depending on the shift worked.
• Additional $5.00 for each hour worked until May 2023 or until funds run out (from our Cares ACT funding)
• Overtime paid by the day, not accumulated week totals

Requirements:

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical exam.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Current CNA and Med Tech License
