Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Entry Level)

Job Description: This position is an entry-level Mechanical Engineer that will be contributing to the design and construction of products. In this role, you will make equipment and material recommendations and perform basic engineering calculations during the design process. Once things are finalized and approved for production, you will help draft technical drawings, and work with our current design dept to develop products/projects. Since this is an entry-level position, we will consider applicants with their PE license, but it is not a requirement.

Mechanical Engineer Duties and Responsibilities

• Make equipment and material recommendations
• Perform basic engineering calculations
• Help test prototypes and troubleshoot mechanical design issues
• Validate components and assemblies
• Help draft and design initial PFD and P&ID documents
• Rotating equipment experience is helpful- but not required
• Weight calculations, pressure, and BTU calculations
• Create and manage equipment design package materials.
• Assist with the technical sales process as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Business Development
