We are seeking EM Assemblers on 1st Shift!

Pay Rate: $25/Hour

Location: Methuen, MA, close by dracut MA

1st Shift: 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

Job Description:

• Assembles electro-mechanical subassemblies and finished products according to relevant documentation.
• Tests products or subassemblies for functionality or quality and completes required paperwork.
• Generates assembly records to contribute to the system's Device History Records (DHR).
• Troubleshoots issues with equipment, devices, or products.
• Maintains a tidy and organized work area, following the 5S methodology.
• Executes test protocols for product qualification.
• Sets up and operates production equipment following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Separates scrap or waste materials for recycling, reuse, or environmentally safe disposal.
• Assists in material cycle counting activities when required.
• Supports engineering development activities.
• Utilizes various tools and equipment, such as torque wrenches, hand tools, power supplies, meters, fixtures, and tooling.
• Has experience working in a GMP environment, reading and verifying Bills of Materials, schematics, and machine/assembly drawings.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred.
• The employee may be required to sit occasionally, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
