Only RNs in good standing will be considered for the MDS Coordinator administrative position at Morningside Center. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate completion of resident assessments in accordance with current federal and state regulations.
• Help develop comprehensive resident-focused care plans for 60-bed facility.
• Manage comprehensive, interdisciplinary assessments for resident admissions and annual reviews.
• Assist with reviewing information and documentation on potential admissions PDPM coding requirements.
• Maintain a current working knowledge on Medicare criteria and communicate changes in regulations as well as serve as a resource for nursing staff.
• Oversee skin assessments and wound protocol.
• A full-time day shift position with shared on-call responsibilities approximately one week out of each month.

Wage: $35 - $45 per hour

Monday - Friday 8-5 with 7 days on call during the month.
