Friendly family in Jamaica Plain is looking for a warm and mature nanny for for their 7 month old baby girl. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, cpr/first aid certified, Fully vaccinated for Covid/Flu, and have a minimum of 3+ years' experience. Previous Infant experience required! Responsibilities include all things baby related (feeding, bottle cleaning, baby laundry etc) and leaving the house tidy at the end of the day. Ideal candidates will engage in her in developmentally appropriate activities; introduce her to solid foods; and maintain and adapt the schedule that she is on. The family is within walking distance to baby music classes, library story time, playgrounds, and the Arnold Arboretum. There is a large dog and cat in the home so applicants should be pet friendly. Candidates should be professional, friendly, energetic, strong communicators, and knowledgeable about current child development trends. Schedule: M-F 9:00am-5:00pm. Rate: $23-25/hr. Benefits: 3 weeks' vacation, 5 sick days, holidays. Start: ASAP.
