Also, there is a 401(k) with an enhanced contribution and matching program. Rate of pay for a Materials Administrator starts at $30.73 per hour and progresses to $31.73 an hour after 90 days.


The primary focus of the Materials Administrator is to track inbound material to ensure all the paperwork is correct and inventory reaches the plant on time. All positions are responsible for contributing to a safe work place and minimizing negative environmental impacts by complying with the EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions outlined in the training assessment for this position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track inbound Material to ensure all paperwork is correct and inventory reaches the plant on time.
  • Assist in Oversea inbound freight Cost through data gathering, validation, and analysis of the paperwork.
  • Schedule Production and Supplier releases through SAP to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Interface to maintain a smooth production schedule with the proper priorities of parts with enough lead time and visibility of schedule to insure efficient and timely production.
  • Interface with S&R to ensure components are available at proper time/point of use.
  • Assist in Monthly / Yearly inventory counts to ensure inventory Accuracy.
  • Assist in making Inventory Adjustments to SAP under approval of department manager.

We are looking for someone with experience working with logistics, strong SAP user and office experience with emphasis on excel, and has strong communication skills (ability to work well with customers, outside supplies, intragroup suppliers and various internal company personnel.)

  • Able and willing to work around moving parts and electrical power.
