Description of Position

Community Based Behavioral Health Center seeking full and part-time Master's level clinicians to provide assessment and ongoing individual and group therapy for clients receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) by our prescribing team, including Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD). This clinician will work closely with our team of MDs, Nurse Prescribers, RNs, LPNs, and Care Coordinators to provide comprehensive care to individuals experiencing substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.

We are seeking clinicians that are licensed, or on track to obtain licensure, to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, case coordination, crisis intervention, and aftercare planning. Our trauma-informed clinicians lead therapeutic groups and educate and assist clients in development and utilization of coping skills.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing group therapy for individuals receiving Buprenorphine (Suboxone)
  • Providing individual therapy to clients with a variety of needs typical of a community mental health clinic, including Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders (SUD)
  • Clinical documentation using our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, eHana, including treatment planning, biopsychosocial evaluations, and session notes
  • Coordination with prescribers, nursing staff, care coordination, and other providers as needed.

Please note services are being provided via in person as well as telehealth services. This job is hybrid remote/in office.

Requirements

  • Candidates should hold a license-eligible Master's degree or be independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LDAC1.
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders in a setting where Medication Assisted Treatment, including Suboxone, was provided
  • The candidate must possess good organizational skills, as well as effective verbal, written and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with computers including ability to use or learn to use an electronic health record system, audio-visual communication technology (i.e. doxy or Zoom), and some use of Microsoft Office suite for emails, internal document access, and organization.
