Candidate must have knowledge of blueprint reading, skilled masonry with paver installation, granite installation. Ability to use tools of the trade and equipment. Meet goals relative to estimated time, quality and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Owners, Project Managers and Superintendents to complete project in a timely manner within job costs and under budget
- Maximize productivity and successfully complete installations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site experience
- Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
- Certifications and licenses
- Ability to work in extreme conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day.
