Position
Marketing Specialist will provide support to marketing team and will be responsible for, contributing to the annual marketing plan, helping implement and monitor marketing events, handling expenses and correspondence. This role will be responsible for the administration, coordination and logistics of events, and will be responsible to track results to guide event strategy in the Americas region, and provide support to regional teams for events in EMEA and APAC. This role will handle a number of general and administration tasks to support Senior Management and the Marketing team. The right person for this role will be analytical, keep calm under pressure, and be willing to help wherever needed.

What You Will Do
  • Manage all tradeshows administrative activities, including contracts & registrations, coordination with the sales team, shipping of equipment, and organization of all required materials
  • Track, reconcile and report on all expenses for marketing team
  • Provide reporting and track the tradeshow and events budgets
  • Provide logistics and shipping support to Channel Marketing Managers for partner events
  • Support Marketing teams in Europe and Asia in the planning of their regional tradeshows and events
  • Maintain inventory of sales collateral, customer giveaways, demo equipment, etc.
  • Provide shipping support for marketing logistics
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the annual President’s Club incentive program and annual Global Sales Meeting
  • Work with other members of the marketing team on ad-hoc projects
Who You Are and What You Bring
  • Able to create and manage detailed agendas for multi-day events
  • Experienced in tracking ROI, costs, expenses and leads across event activities
  • Willing to negotiate with vendors and track progress to commitments
  • Familiar with reviewing contracts, BEOs and vendor agreements
  • Experienced in travel planning and hotel selection
  • Adaptable; proven success when handling changing priorities and managing multiple activities in parallel
  • Should demonstrate marketing knowledge, time management, attention to details, good writing skills, communication abilities, and computer competencies.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Performing other duties when needed.
  • This position requires an individual that is very detail-oriented, self-motivated and flexible (a team player who is always willing to pitch in with other tasks).
  • Some domestic travel is required.
