PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide channel management with the required information to execute campaigns and ensure. campaign information is accomplished and meets quality standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance, and recommend and implement strategic changes in order to improve our marketing efforts.
  • Research marketing trends and develop ways to implement them into the company’s business practices.
  • Identify and monitor internal benchmarks concerning marketing trends and delivery standards.
  • Ensure marketer business requirements and needs are supported with the appropriate tools, data, applications, functionality, and other required resources.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

SUPERVISION:
  • None.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within a Marketing division.
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES. AND REGISTRATIONS:
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration card and/or license in relevant jurisdictions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, concisely, and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine.
  • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
  • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Regularly scheduled hours
  • Other – Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours
  • Periodic travel of 20% or more as business needs dictate
