- Provide channel management with the required information to execute campaigns and ensure. campaign information is accomplished and meets quality standards.
- Analyze campaign performance, and recommend and implement strategic changes in order to improve our marketing efforts.
- Research marketing trends and develop ways to implement them into the company’s business practices.
- Identify and monitor internal benchmarks concerning marketing trends and delivery standards.
- Ensure marketer business requirements and needs are supported with the appropriate tools, data, applications, functionality, and other required resources.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience within a Marketing division.
- Experience working in a similar resort setting.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration card and/or license in relevant jurisdictions.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to communicate effectively, concisely, and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine.
- Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
- Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Regularly scheduled hours
- Other – Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours
- Periodic travel of 20% or more as business needs dictate
