Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals & Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are a leading vacation rental and real estate company, and we're looking for an individual who can add depth to our marketing efforts, including content development, graphic design, video production, email marketing, PR, relationship building, and social media. This is a hybrid role, and we are open to freelance, part-time, or full-time candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop content, including travel articles, marketing copy, email creation, graphic design projects, and video production.
• Work with the marketing team to inspire travelers and expand communication with our homeowners.
• Leverage and create assets to enhance customer service and educate and empower internal teams
• Scale business development/outreach
• Build relationships, including press, media, and influencers.
• Utilize social media and website experience to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, email marketing, video production, PR, relationship building, and social media
• Experience with website management and photography is a plus.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
