We at Marzo Roofing Inc. are looking for a candidate that can jump right in, roll up their sleeves, and be a contributing member to our team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of all advertising design, development of strategies and tactics designed to drive traffic, revenue and growth. The Marketing Specialist will development and implement advertising initiatives including increase website search engine visibility (algorithms), online, mobile, geotargeting, and social media.

The right candidate for this position must be a good team fit and fit the below duties, responsibilities, and qualifications well. We are looking for someone who is both “client-facing” in a digital role, as well as analytical, in terms of providing reports, insights, and recommendations to the business. A “Business-savvy” mindset is critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage the media planning and buying activities for all paid advertising campaigns including paid social, retargeting, PPC, SEO, CPC and video advertising

Ensure content on the website, app, and social media is consistent and updated appropriately, maximizing search optimization.

Must be able to Create digital content and graphic design to be used on social media, the e newsletter, flyers, invitations, marketing/Advancement campaigns, and more

Ensure the proper design, writing, editing, and distribution of all print collateral including rack cards, flyers, brochures, mailers, and publishing of web content including blogs, social media, provider videos, emails, and newsletters

Take ownership of managing the website and mobile app, communicating projects regularly with direct mailing agencies

Oversee all after-hours social media to answer inquiries competently and efficiently to educate, inform, and engage our audience in a timely manner.

Maanage and provide support for the Brand Management platform, including custom reporting, sentiment analysis and performance metrics, review monitoring, competitive benchmarking, user training and management, local listings management, and account billing

Collaborate with Owners, CEO, sales leaders, vendor partners, and local news sources (in each market) to coordinate and develop marketing strategies

Setup the email platform and build out enterprise-wide email marketing infrastructure, including identifying audiences, concepts to cross-promote services, launch weekly promotional campaigns, as well as performance measurement of; open rate, click rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, list growth rate, etc.

Tracking analytics to ensure effectiveness of advertising

Managing third party vendors, contracts and deliverables

Proficient in B2B and B2C strategies

Social Media Responsibilities

Maintain a comprehensive digital communications strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and actively mine social conversations for rel

evant information and opportunities to engage.

Manage the social media content calendar, developing and executing posts that align with consumer communications objectives that deliver against business objectives.

Monitor and analyze channel performance to deploy tactics that maximize brand exposure and engagement.

Track guest sentiment and relevance against company initiatives and local competitors.

Develop appropriate responses that adhere to customer brand voice and answer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
