• $15 / Hour + $10.00 for every new client sourced by the marketing manager (up to $5,000+ in potential commission)

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the business objectives and sales goals of the SugaringNYC organic waxing salons in the city of Fort Worth, Texas.
• Create and manage marketing budgets for all marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Manage social media accounts for the salon and create engaging content that promotes the salon's services and products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote the salon's services and products to existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the manager of the salon to develop and execute in-salon promotional events and offers.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytical tools to measure ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the manager of the salon to ensure all marketing and promotional materials are consistent with the brand guidelines.
• Reach out to local businesses to do cross-promotion email blasts.
  • Set up a google sheet with all updated details about local business reach outs.
  • Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to send out the blasts.
• Setup Botox parties with local influencers/professionals
  • Coordinate proper dates and times with the salon managers to open up a room.
• Send out text/email campaigns through Zenoti (POS/Appointment booking system) to boost business.
• Utilize the franchise’s monthly promotions to create local advertising initiatives.
• Understand SEO optimization to increase the strength of our current google ads and Instagram ads statistics.
  • Reconfigure these ads on a monthly basis with the corporate marketing team.
• Respond to Google Reviews
• Give weekly reports to ownership.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Passionate about the beauty industry is a plus.
