We are looking to hire an energetic marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and research skills. Marketing coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management. To ensure success, marketing coordinators should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
  • Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
  • Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with marketing partners, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Support staff by providing social media data, market trends, and new product information.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.
  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related (essential).
  • Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
