Marketing/Account Coordinator
RepuGen is an online reputation management SaaS (software as a service) that specializes in building the reputation and patient satisfaction of healthcare providers. We focus on generating a return on investment for healthcare practices through the efforts of our team of internet marketing professionals. GMR Web Team is the sister company of RepuGen and is a full-service healthcare digital marketing agency that specializes in digital strategy, web design, web maintenance, and online reputation management for medical & dental practices.
Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time marketing/account coordinator whose primary role will be to assist in the execution of marketing, account management, sales, and content quality assurance for RepuGen and GMRW. We are also looking for someone who presents themselves well because this position will be seated at the front desk.
Primary duties will include:
- Marketing coordination – assist in the execution of marketing for RepuGen and GMRW
- Editing various content: blogs, webinars, email campaigns, etc.
- Assisting with onboarding clients
- RepuGen account management
- Assisting clients, resolving complaints and preventing issues by improving processes
- Small-scale sales handling (inbound and outbound)
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
- Handling/assisting with office duties: answering incoming calls, mail, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize, organize, and juggle multiple projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills - working knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Full-time availability
- Experience with customer service
- Some sales and marketing experience is preferred
- Comfortable making phone calls and answering client questions
- Reliable self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
Education:
BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred
Salary/Benefits:
$20/hr. to start, 401K plan with company match, two weeks of vacation, health insurance
