Marketing Coordinator for the Lester Glenn Auto Group – April 2023

Lester Glenn Auto Group, one of the largest private dealership groups in the New Jersey, is looking for a motivated, efficient and dedicated entry level Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator will provide key assistance to the marketing team’s monthly initiatives and provide support where needed. This position will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Include, but are not limited to:

 Intake various projects assigned to the marketing team, which may include:

o Brand and competitor research

o Website updates/maintenance

o Social media content creation

o Recording digital marketing analytics

o Special marketing projects and events

o General administrative duties

 Oversee digital reputation management, including tracking and responding to online reviews

 Write content for print and digital materials

 Work with Marketing and Store/Dealership Leadership Personnel to ensure all communications and marketing materials are compliant with brand guidelines

 Assist with managing logistics of vendor relations and communications

 Attend marketing events as needed

 Work with the Marketing Team on monthly strategy and content creation across all digital and print marketing channels

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Word

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 General computer and technology proficiency

 Proven ability to multi-task while adhering to deadlines

 Proficiency across social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

 Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to accomplish department goals

 Experience developing marketing materials and formal organizational communications

 Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred, but not required

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will work daily at an on-site office located in Toms River, NJ. This position reports to work Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends may be required.

Occasional travel between Lester Glenn Locations (Monmouth & Ocean Counties) during working hours may be necessary at times. A valid driver’s license and personal means of transportation is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
