We have a great opportunity in the Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Budget Manager, who will be a critical and central point between finance and all 32 teams in the customer. This is a truly unique role reporting into the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, giving you exposure and awareness of the Senior Leadership team, who you will provide data and reports to help influence business critical decisions.

This is a key role in the marketing team, where you'll be responsible for ensuring activity can go ahead. You'll be a commercially driven marketer with excellent attention to detail that ensures we put our customer first when making investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the purchase order life cycle and process in a timely and accurate manner
  • Lead and manage the monthly P&L reviews with all 32 teams in marketing ensuring they are prioritised and prepared effectively
  • Manage the additional activity process to compile and present the business case options to Senior Director & Chief Marketing Officer for approval of reprioritisation of additional spend
  • Assist on the commercial elements of projects to ensure they are in line with the budget expectations and the agreed business case
  • Assist on the annual budget planning process with the strategy and finance teams and identify cost saving initiatives
  • Continue to be the key stakeholder of the Workfront system to drive efficiencies
  • Developing and leading 1 team member
