Marketing Budget Co-ordinator

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Budget Co-ordinator to join our team in the Customer function. As the Marketing Budget Co-ordinator you will support the Marketing Budget Manager in overseeing all budgeting activity across marketing and develop effective budget models that allow for an efficient and transparent marketing spend analysis. The role involves managing all marketing stakeholders within the monthly P&L process, driving right first time, on time behaviour to ensure we deliver the marketing P&L plan monthly, in quarter and full year.

The ins and outs:


  • Support the Budget Manager in the design and implementation of effective marketing budget models, setting guidelines and tracking the total marketing budget.
  • Support marketing budget manager on the analysis of financial and cost information to ensure all operations are within the agreed budget
  • Assisting with the raising of Purchase Orders and receipting of invoices
  • Highlight deviations to the process to the Marketing Budget Manager and work to resolve / control the variances
  • To support in reporting & communicating to all budget champions monthly finance forecasts and results
  • To manage finance surgeries within marketing Budget Team and support the total marketing team on all finance queries
  • To support with the training and development of new to role budget champs.
  • Ability to spot developments and make improvements to budget management tool
