The Marketing Associate is supporting the marketing strategy and implementation of the tactical marketing plan for Eurofins Central Laboratory global organization in support of brand awareness and lead generation. He or she is responsible for ensuring branding and positioning via all possible delivery channels (digital advertising, conferences, social media, web pages, press releases, e-mail campaigns) are consistent and delivered with high quality and impact. This is a critical role within Eurofins Central Laboratory, ensuring first impressions of Eurofins Central Laboratory is accurate and received favorably. Marketing Associate is also supporting other Eurofins companies as needed.

1. Support the Request For Information (RFI) process, to include but not limited to:

• RFI Tracker administration
• Maintain library of RFI supporting documentation and responses, broken down by client and topic categories [RFI Masterfile]
• Pre-populate RFI documentation with as much material as relevant from RFI library
• Disseminate and engage Eurofins Subject Matter Experts (SME) for completion of unanswered RFI questions
• Coordinate final draft for completeness, accuracy and spelling, prior to submitting to leadership for final review/approval
• Coordinate other resources (Eurofins or external) for any of the above activities

2. Control, Monitor and Triage the general e-mail box for incoming requests and forward to appropriate ECL departments for action

3. Execution of NPS surveys and reporting in the role of NPS Responsible

4. Tactical marketing projects:

• Support marketing day-to-day operations and coordinate assigned production of internal marketing needs (for example Sales or Management). This can include White Papers, PowerPoint Presentations, Press Releases, Technical Papers, Brochures, Video productions, Blog entries, Social Media and other forms of communication between Eurofins Central Laboratory and industry, in compliance with Brand Guidelines.
• Organize promotional activities such as meetings, events or conferences from A to Z.
• Maintain the Eurofins Central Laboratory website and ensure it is up to date, including edits to content and downloadable assets, in collaboration with our brand agency.
• Plan and lead (part) projects in the area of marketing and communication, including campaigns.
• Manage marketing vendors [e.g. brand agency, local printer, booth vendor, conference organizers, sales tools].
• Marketing administrative support, sales support and marketing budget administration.

5. D365 CRM:

• Support D365 Marketing including creating web forms, web pages and customer journeys.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience or affinity with laboratory science, clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry
• Computer proficiency, CRM (D365 CRM or other CRM) and marketing automation
• Bachelor in Marketing, Communications or Life Sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a similar position or equivalent education
• Authorization to work with any employer within the US, indefinitely, without sponsorship.
• Within an hour commuting distance to Lancaster, PA
