The CNS Cloud & Cognitive business unit supports and operates communication service providers’ (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains.

This team is the bridge between business development, presales, solutioning and delivery teams and helps in deal management/assurance of most crucial deals for CNS Cloud and Cognitive (CCS) business unit.

What you will learn and contribute to

You will contribute to the CCS Business Line (BL) and markets by identifying and exploiting market /technology trends to strongly position the related CCS portfolio, drive customer diversification initiatives and create new business opportunities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Drive business targets for the account through the development and execution of a business plan that maximizes Nokia’s performance
  • Drive Portfolio Sales in markets for CCS Portfolio with CSPs and Enterprises
  • Contribute to business development and execution of the Account Plan in close alignment with Business Development / presales
  • Participate in the development and execution of new sales initiatives and new business development programs to drive incremental business
  • Bridge between Business Units and Global business center
  • During offering phase, accountable for overall Offer strategy & development & negotiation in close collaboration with BGs
  • Provide customer and market intelligence, insights and needs to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Business Line communication and contribution to Win/Loss analysis
  • Product commercial strategy definitions and support market customers.

Your skills and experience

  • At least 15y of experience in the Telecom Industry with experience in Product Lifecycle Management / Sales organizations
  • Exposure to Enterprise solutions and other Nokia Solutions
  • Strategic thinker and creative mindset
  • Broad knowledge of the entire Nokia portfolio (beyond Radio) is a must
  • Experience in managing teams and complex international projects
  • Experience in building sound market value propositions
  • Detailed knowledge of Nokia’s Enterprise Solutions and Enterprise Value Proposition
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
