Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production and assembly of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, performing quality control checks, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.

Production and Assembly:

• Follow standardized operating procedures to assemble and package products efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor production lines, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report any issues or inefficiencies in the production process to supervisors for resolution.

Process Improvement:

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control data.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent manufacturing processes.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies related to manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience working as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in performing tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production priorities.
